wat do u mean by straining? u mean for prime 95 large fft test? I tried on my previous setting of 3.4ghz at 1.393V, it was all fine 2day and on small fft test prime95, then when encode vid jz now, 15mins then blue screen z z zz
now i up to 1.409V, CPU-NB should up so much? cuz my default only 1.24V if i'm not wrong then ram I up to 1.71V but on CPU-Z, it still shows 1.5V though i rmb setting it to 1.71V in bios
now temp's at full load's 41-42, higher liao, idling's 33-34, gonna test its stability, hope it works...
I mean its hard for the CPU to work with a large amount of ram when overclocking....
Small FFT doesnt or almost NOT strain the memory....
CPU-Z dun have Vdimm display, only SPD which is data/information regarding the module stored in the chip on the PCB...
1.425 would be a good sub low voltage...1.475v or 1.512v would be the max for 24/7
If you dare, just 1.55v like me

CPU/NB up so much??? There isn't a white paper that shows how much should we apply, just that every manufacturer sets it in the bios according to their spec...some 1.15v some 1.2v some even 1.275v...I would prefer 1.35v to help stablize the IMC to work with high amount of Ram
