Out of curiosity, I want to ask this: If your standard shipping parcel kena "Tahan" at Pos/Ketam LCCT for whatever reason and... you're not staying in Klang Valley; but further states like Penang or Johor or maybe even in East M'sia. How la, how do you settle and collect your goodies?  |

Most common for me was the brown box (only size different with quantity), yellow bubbled envelope (if 1 or 2 titles) and rarely the smallest box that almost wrapped the discs together... this one was the worst... all my casing inside this one either cracked or the disc jumped-out of the spindle!!?

Bro Dirt, couldn't disagree with you more... once, when I requested for refund of a lost order, I'm actually paying about RM5+ for nothing... because of this exchange rate charge by my CC.
