anyone here got the band of brothers blu ray from amazon US? is this region 1 or region free, i see some site linking to amazon page claim it is region free but in the product page it said it is region 1

just remember my ps3 slim is also region A/1, just the amazon page said region a/1 mean for US and Canada only, made me confuse for a while.



which is only true for DVD, they should have seperate DVD and blu-ray in two category.

Blu-ray no longer ikut Region 1.

Good thing is that now Asia and US are same region, so even if region locked, we can still watch

Bro, the extra 1 minute footage won't bother many people. But what's not clear is whether the Walmart exclusive will be the only version with shifting aspect ratio (like The Dark Knight). Rumor is that all other version will be constant 2.35:1, which sucks because the IMAX footage will be further cropped to 2.35.1 instead of 1.78:1.

But again, nobody can confirms this. Both Michael Bay and Paramount aren't saying anything (Bay did mention about the shifting ratio on BD long time ago). We'll have to wait until they're released, hopefully the Amazon version will also have shifting ratios.

I think their always refund twice. Just like last time when their release the Gladiator and Braveheart, the also refund twice $4+$4= $8
