QUOTE(s98432512 @ Mar 27 2010, 08:42 PM)
i am sorry for your losses ryo .. of ur l.m scorpling.... now left how many ????  are they feeding ???

my h.h brood also got death . 4 nos that time which i think is due to not enough food after they 2nd molt. i feed them ample with newly born roaches from then and everything seems ok ..
btw how is ur roaches setup going. the eggs i send u the other time ok ?

anyway i think the scorplings need higher humidlity and not reali a place whcih is "wet" as too wet might "drown" them, and also cause other "problems"

hmm juz my 2 centz ....
*
Im well aware of the bad stuff we can get from too ''wet''
I wet it because i expect it to dried up after a few hours because normally it does, but this time i stack them up on another container so those below dont dry up as fast as those above
Anw they are only less than 4days from their molt, dun think they ll die from lack of food so fast
And, u din send me any roach egg case = =

QUOTE(mangolicious @ Mar 27 2010, 09:14 PM)
something like that la.. what i mean is just moist the bark frequently. it will not ''drown'' L.M as it was known to be a good swimmer.
*
Again, just because the name is swimming scorp doesnt mean they swim, a fire belly lizard doesn't have their belly on fire

Anw, as i expected they are all dead
Aside from bad vent which i think is not the main cause, i guess it's because i removed them all from the back of their mom on the 2nd day after their molt
They din get down by themself, but i always did this to alllll my scorp brood honestly and this is the 1st time i lose a whole brood
Aside from this im quite happy la, a few of my 1st batch balsasensis molted to 4i, they looks kinda big ady tongue.gif

QUOTE(rafiqos @ Mar 28 2010, 10:30 AM)
My racks are almost empty now. My room feels different. No more scratching sounds from the scorps and singing crickets = a good night's sleep.

And to those who helped me clear out my forest scorpions, special thanks. You helped me fund something really nice for myself. Something that will continue ticking for many more years.
