As sphiroth mentioned , it depends on their "appetite". There's nothing as 100%. If you drive around like an ah beng , open music loud loud , red color hair , definitely they will stop you and find trouble with you.

If lady luck never smile on you they will stop you , give you a letter and ask you send back your car to JPJ/Puspakom to re-inspect after removing the HID.

There's always risk in doing anything.
Waja headlamp uses H1 while fog lamp uses H3. 

What I think, for Waja if using HID 4300k maybe get less trouble compare to other cars model. If other than 4300k trouble find u... cos Waja CPS also using 4300k HID for standard. JPJ wan safety, but can argue that old Waja light very dim, is it more dangerous driving with dim light? somemore we mod same to CPS model. Just for safety purpose.
Rainbow HID actual price is RM220 outside. This seller discount for us cos we purchase VS from him before. Somemore, i noe more expensive HID will be better & brighter. but as dun wan trouble, just use the normal 1 that wont be too brighter till JPJ find us yamcha ba. Also JR HID almost same price with this Rainbow HID too.

Installing HID in foglamp is almost useless as the beam level is too low for you to have a better vision. If you point too upwards , more likely you're glaring oncoming traffics and getting high beam from others.

I have to disagree with Andy, I've installed 4300k HID on my foglamp, and I felt it is quite useful during night time, especially driving along roads which does not have lamppost. Few days back I was driving alone nort-south highway during the night, I find the the foglamp is very useful as it beams your surrounding. My friend also was driving his own car and he was infront of me, he told me my foglamp looks good from his view, can easily notice my car. I do not even have to on my main light, honestly .

Change the 'small light' (don't know the proper term ) bulb to white LED type to make it nicer

Ya, its on when u turn the switch only 1 time. As bright as the stock 1 but in whiter 4350k temp colour. But its a cheap LED la... RM12 per pair cant ask much

Lolz.... that bulb just work like a visible light for other ppl for when drive in hazy condition. Wont help anything in vision but change it just to pair to your HID 4300k.

4g18p auto with tein adjustable suspension and k&n drop in. no other modification. no steering vibration. just that slightly shaky ride due to the wind

original proton(oem) abs and spring are of APM brand. if you want a comfortable ride, non adjustable suspension setup is still the best. my adjustable tein was the hardest adjustable around but heck! it takes corner like no tomorrow 
go for APM Performax with the original spring. else, look for imperialrealcs in garage sales. am still keeping a set of his a-fuji shock absorber and occasionally swap it for a comfortable ride
