are you renting this place? when is your tenancy agreement going to end? move out as soon as possible, if possible. have you spoken to the owner?

i used to rent at ss2, got this sort of problem too with the neighbor, but didn't really bother bout it - cos i did not block her place (mostly is my housemates)

You can go to National Land Council to look for the investigate the owner of the unit. But I doubt the owner will dismiss the tenancy agreement with the "Old woman" because she is a real long-term tenant compare to youngsters like you.

seems this kinda prob is quite common now cos my office colleague also got neighbour from hell esp houses are so tightly packed

anyway, if she is sub-letting out some rooms, you can be sure that she never report to Income Tax so maybe someone could write to IRB about her rental income...

What I think may be a bit riciculous, but may have some substance. Ts is in the wrong for not reciprocating the Hots the lady has on him. He is the only target for the lady not the others. Lean a bit amorously to her side and see the difference it will make. soft approach, he..he..he.

when the ex-neighbor from the place i rented last time, approach my bf because his car parked in front but not blocking her entrance at all (because no parking already - and we intent to park for a while), we remove the car - being the impatient me, when she walks in the house, i scolded her indirectly

haha this is really a nightmare! But you should just ignore this kinda siow people. She just wanna pick fight to past her time. The more you quarrel with her, the more syiok she became.

Once, I parked my car in my own porch. Someone conveniently parked outside my gate blocking my entrance and happily went shopping for hours!!!! Balik2 when we confronted the driver, the reply was 'oh.... i see your door closed, curtains down, I thought you are not going anywhere' what the hell!!!!! Talking about brains?

if i m not mistaken , JKR once told my dad that the road outside ur gate is owned by the house owner. so the JKR wont do the filling of tar there . u need to pay other ppl to do it for u . but anyway , the old lady is too much. ignore her .

hahahaha~ this is farnee! and reminded me of my previous neighbour staying opposite my hse...

this husband and wife was staying there. and whenever the wife saw got ppl come out from hse or walk by. she will start scolding vulgar words! "knn ccb. see wat see. u come out to seduce my husband. you blalablbalablablablbalabaa". keeeeeep scolding until that person is out of her sight... sometimes will ask the husband to scold along... =.= dunno sot which wayar...

once i stand in front of my house looking at her scolding... and i laughed in front of her. hahaha~

end up we found out the owner and inform them about this siaochaboh...

after that she moved few roads down... den months later, she disappeared d.

they are Indian... btw , i mean the land from ur house gate to main road is not own by govt. its ur land. they have no obligation to fill the tar
