Added on July 14, 2010, 1:04 pmi believe the old woman will argue with MBPJ when they tell her abt my complaint....cos she say she own the land outside the house....

at police station, she always point to other house owner..if the land outside is not belong to the owner...then why they can do renovation/tiles on tat area...

so i ask the sarjan, if the next door ppl naked...she wan to naked as well? hahaha

land matter nothing do with JKR. they just want kopi o ...u pay them then they help u to fill the tar.....
u go to malay housing area and ask...see whether they pay to JKR o not? but their house is fill with nice tar.

when u bought the house eg 22x70. the land outside the gate is not included.
yes agree with u..it can 'consider' belong to the house owner..and u can renovate wat u like....

but when it create the problem to other....ppl have right to complaint.
in my case, she just try to block our car going in and out ...no to block ppl park infront her gate.

just now i check my aduan status, it change from "Belum Diambil Tindakan" to "Selesai". Then i call the MBPJ, the officer say the pegawai will visit today this evening pasar malam. then i told her then the status should be "Tindakan sedang diambil" bcos is not selesai yet...until she remove the pasu2 bunga.
