no phone is the best, there's always new phone coming out, buy the phone that you like it.

I think you mean Omnia Pro. Omnia II and Omnia Pro have almost identical hardware. The only main difference is that Omnia Pro has a QWERTY keyboard, a LED indicator for notifications, built-in stylus slot and a smaller AMOLED screen. Omnia II has a 3.7 inch screen whereas Omnia Pro only has a 3.5 inch.

As what chteh0721 mentioned, there is no such thing as ' the best phone '. It all depends on which phone suits you best.

I've just received back my O2 last wednesday. I was very happy my O2 can capture photo back. But today, the same thing happen again when I press the camera button a pop up box comeout 'camera terminates due to absence of camera module'. Very2 frustrated. not even a week use have this problem. The dealer said last time during repair they upgrade the software.

i really donno what cook rom and registry they are talking in modaco forum.

so you're still using original rom ? and your phone still under warranty ? if still warranty then better dun flash to any other third party rom, go claim warranty again.

known fact bro. I got it too... how to solve? send to Samsung for service. Myself had plan to send to Samsung at Wisma Berjaya for service but x be apart from my O2 yet. plus they dun give replacement hp even for the lousiest one. one thing i proud of is accessing Internet using broadband or Internet sharing via O2 (bluetooth with my MBP) is equivalently fast

my fren's omnia got a problem. like when he sms with Cross-screen keyboard, it still normal. after it, switct to normal Direct-screen, the keyboard was doesn't switch to normal screen, a half of keyboard was hidden. how like tat? got any solution? sometimes also got hang in sms mode...

hey say, this problem was happened after take back from samsung service center. got any solution to solve it?

Hi guys, can we flash our beloved O2 with the new windows phone 7?

As of today, it is impossible:-

1. Windows Phone 7 has very different system requirements.
2. Even if you manage to port the core OS over, there is no vendor driver support. Therefore, most of the peripherals (e.g. WiFi, BT, Radio etc.) will not work.
3. IF there is a community willing to re-write all Omnia II i8000 drivers for Windows Phone 7, then it MIGHT be posssible. Chances are very slim though as it is a very tedious task and does not provide much benefits other than pleasing hardcore O2 fans.

IMO, our O2 will stay with WM 6.5.x OS and if successful, Android too.

some of MASTER can suggest or PM link to me, which ROM is most stable and can read and type chinese in English version ROM. i NEEEEEED it!
