cos i called my seller, he said CAN be claimed by warranty..

i scolded the staff at pyramid, if cant claim warranty then y is your company name listed as AUTHORIZED Service Center?..he cant answer me...

that is what i asked them..
they said only if THEY "accidentally" spoil it then only they have to forced to claim warranty...

all problems that already happened n they say its very hard to get a claim cos SONY can accused us as "mis-use / normal tear & wear" for those cracks..

The RED LINE is the crack..but not that thick..its a thin line...


Went to AMCORP MALL Service Center..

they dont allow me to claim warranty cos

1. she said nv had this type of complaint b4

2. keyboard casing not claimable..

My seller from klang said..if dont have any major problem pls DONT SEND your phone to claim warranty..cos after claim for sure more problems will occur..

unless if the red line i show bulge up then CONFIRM can claim..


Keyboard Casing = RM 148.00

Labour Charges = RM 45.00

Total = RM 193.00

as about keyboard qwert claims..
they will change 1 letter by 1 letter...

means if u tell them 2-3 letters spoil..they will ONLY change that 2-3 letters that u mentioned..
but if a bit of problem DONT change cos ITS NORMAL..

because its inside the phone problem..but my seller advised if nothing much big deal,
then better not claim..
cos later on it will become more worse..

but its a statement from Sony Ericsson itself

“According to Sony Ericsson it concerns only small amount of phones. “We only received a relatively small amount.” The manufacturer acknowledges this problem but they will investigate every individual case like a unique case. “When a housing is completely wrecked it is obvious that the owner did something weird. When there are only a few cracks and nothing further then there is a big change that this is covered by warranty.” When the cracks aren’t very significant, the housing will be replaced. In extreme situations the phone will be replaced” Sony Ericsson NL comment (translated)

eventually not my phone..
but those cracks confirm can be claimed..

i emailed to the sony ericsson customer service..

i am waiting for their reply with that "statement" they wrote..

yest i did ask about them helping me to UPGRADE software..

they said can RM 25 but need to wait 2 hours..

its using R3WA / RW3A not so sure..its dunnoo wat thingy but got W.M 6.5 i think..

u try going to service center ask..cos if your phone is 08W44 then i think they will do it for u..

nope its after u buy usage of few months..so those who buy 2nd hand must check carefully..
