for custom mp3 is definitely possible. copy a copy of ur mp3 file (or i recommend u to use mp3 trimmer, included in valkyrie multimedia folder). copy the mp3 to /my device / my document. then as previous instruction, u will find it in the list.
copy to /windows/ringtone , it works too.

mp3 / mp4 / wma is possible for phone call n text messages. alarm and system notification sound must be in .wav format.

the last time i tried this is 1.5 years ago. hope i din get it wrong too.

i owes having a great to have discussion with u all. xperia x1 is reaching my limit of daily usage soon. WVGA screen is nice but with choppy processor really potong stim.

hope htc can out another device is better processor. i looking forward of MSM7227, 600mhz cpu in general n cost much cheaper than msm7200. summore got better heat management thus save power n better battery life.

i tried hd2 that day i went for winmo workshop at pavilion. how nice is the touch hd2 n feel so solid n rigid. but not so suitable anyhow. i very scared of battery life of it. even xperia, most of the time i carry 2 battery then only i can have great portable experience, can use watever i can.

btw, wat is the hot selling point of x2? anyone know? we as x1 user oso port almost all application out from x2 n using it on x1.

Wow, u carry 2 batteries at once, u must be a real heavy user. Yeah, somehow I feel that the processor is such a turnoff, I won't be changing any device until a device with snapdragon processor + qwerty keyboard comes out. Then only I'll decide.

lol... now not only rkwan will carry 2 batteries... even for me too seeing the battery decreasing is really painful ler.. especially i use it for gps purpose..

Which WM 6.5 ROM in xda.developer is the best right now?

By the best I mean the most stable & has the lowest number of bugs.
I know that WM 6.1 is the most stable right now, but I want my X1 to look beautiful, thus WM 6.5 is the only option.

If it's not too much of a problem, please add the link to the thread as well.

In my opinion agent's valkyrie roms are stable and good enough for daily usage. You can't go wrong with either the T-R or Leo roms. I've tried rota's and also NRG's rom, but ain't that stable for me.

Er ppl, i have problem update my X1 software here
The sony ericsson upgrade program says that i have manipulated program in my X1 so it cant upgrade the software of my X1.

How should i deal with this?

I'm using Valkyrie Leo 5.2.28011 I'm not really a big fan of energy rom. I had to reflash back to valkyrie in less than 1 hour. Kinda laggy and doesn't suit my taste.

What software? I assume you're refering to SEUS, updating your firmware? You can download the rom manually from xda forums.

Seems like agent no longer want to update TR...its been so long..sob sob..time for me to change for leo...>.<..

SEUS = Sony Ericsson Update Service. R3AA is the latest for original rom and I don't think there will be any further update.
