Even with the skillset change, he is still squishy. Easy to kill, easy to be killed.

the vanish, the cool down is activated when he breaks invisible right?

means he cannot invisible straight away after he come out, right?

thats's making him less imba UNLESS u got hit brutalizer or MKB

Atm if anyone who knows the old build and the new build for scout...its basicly he is more of a interrupt killer.....He runs around planting eyes and shoots from far in the old build.

This new build lets him run into the fight with his arms blazing and causing massive dmg b4 hiding again and rinse his skillz.....Once he hits with his BS it does + disarm then if you are very fast you plant a eye near by it causes silence for 2 secs or somthing.....and when you run.....he has the snipe ability.

Stack his vanish with anything that causes large Dmg per sec he will kill any paper-ish hero in 1/2 secs.

I'd vouch for Flayer + Hack and Slash. Considering that his Disarm is a innate x2 critical, combined with Flayer he has a good chance to deal 4x the damage. I'm pretty sure you've seen this predominantly on Puppetmaster's, and now we have another hero who can apply this.

Anyway, how you play is your own.

I find scout's eye silence thingy the key to scout's awesomeness.

Yet I find people don't abuse that skill of his sometimes in pubs. =/
Or more like don't even use it even though they leveled them up.

If razor is around... I would say him but I think Arachna does a better job for now.

Electric Eye is what makes him an amazing team player now. Typical common sense dictates that you leave three up and one available for ganks all the time don't you think?

Yeap, definitely.

I would also say that his eye is darn useful as wards since It also detects stealth.
