All the US servers are by far more stable than the other servers. Yes that means JPN, ID, EU, UK, etc just plain suck. I don't lag on any of them, but many experience problems playing on them. |

Puppetmaster is chickennuts. Easily destroyed by stunners. He has nothing but two pseudo-disables, a really horribly long cooldown ultimate and does well IF farmed, think of him as a not-so-useless-Chronos early to mid game.
