i think 35 or 50mm is suitable for me cuz i shoot more on objects (like figures, gundams etc) and portraits. But 50mm F1.8 no AF in D40, if not i already get it. Maybe wan practise manual focus le...

I saw timesquare have nikon service centre already but it's not officially opened yet. So when it is opened then the service will be better and it will be easy for those who live in KL like me =) instead of going PJ

I use center-weighted metering almost all the time... Cuz i would like to select the AF point myself.

so good... just get d3k 1 month can upgrade to d90. I use 2nd hand d40 for 8 months but can't upgrade yet T.T no money...

Yea so I am always trying my best to exploit my D40 to the fullest and utilize it well~ Unlike my friend, he using Sony A550, but use Auto mode

D40 is nikon's legend, very cheap and nice XD but 6 megapixel and weak noise control T.T nevertheless i like it very much!
