i plan to get d5000 but when i read a lot of forum..ask to get d90 because of AF motor..can explain more?

wht is the d90 + kit price nowadays? if more that 3.3k i cant afford it sad.gif ..d5000 is 2850 right.
*
D90+ kit was around 4k...body only 3k...the AF motor...how to explain...erm...if u buy D5000, then u need to find the lens got wrote AF-S then it only can auto focus, if not, you need to manual focus...correct me if i am wrong...maybe other sifu can explain better...=)

if u can confirm that there is no vibration during the shot taken, then is not necessary to have VR to on...well, my D90 manual have suggest that if ur cam was on a tripod, is best to turn off the VR...but if there is any wind blowing ur cheapo tripod and cause ur cam shake, then better turn it on...=)

But still, a hands-on guide from experienced user is worth more than reading the boring guide or selecting menu in the LCD... laugh.gif

lolx...then how about reading the manual book that come along with your camera?? that count as a guide for me too...XD

i also heardthis before...that why got new lens that support af-s
anyway..i also wanna see how picture produce by this lens smile.gif?
coz wanted to buy this lens
*
err...we say 50mm is 75mm on full frame because our camera is DX, so our camera got crop factor of 1.5...and 50x1.5=75mm...full frame camera are more expensive such as D700, D3, and D3x
