I would like to know how much would this be in the market.

1. Plaster Ceilling L-Box, but not box type, just 1 sided without cornice. PSF? Workmanship only how much? FYI 8ft L shape cost only RM7 + Zinc plate RM5
2. Install Fan + Fan point? Conceal
3. Re-arrange electric point from middle to side, Conceal from the group floor, top floor is climb up the manhole, just the abaster ceilling to adjust.
4. Tiang Lighting point, outside the house, corner. Conceal / Casing?
5. Plug point, looping type. Conceal / Casing?
6. Install floodlight + Lighting point?
7. Install astro?
8. 1hp/1.5hp aircond conceal / non conceal?
9. Paint whole house, in/out , corner type 44x75sf, workmanship only
10. Floor cements + tiles 25 x 30 sf, workmanship only

I meant the labour charge only.
Not include material.
If you can break down, that is even better.

Why not you consult a few contractors and ask them to view your property first?

It's very hard to give a figure here.

Would you spend extra like 1k+ for 5 star hotel bathing comfort by installing a water pump and less than 1k for a water filter for the health of your family? PM me if you are interested, would love to explain details about it and best offer.

      RM 50 + RM10 for each socket(if your house don't have the astro point at TV point socket)(if you previously have the decoder and dish)

    not sure, my contractor count include tiles RM6 per sf (my house very small)

* if not mistaken , install fan is RM30 if got the fan point...
