3. Re-arrange electric point from middle to side, Conceal from the group floor, top floor is climb up the manhole, just the abaster ceilling to adjust.
      RM100 if within the same floor, from upstairs to downstairs or downstairs to upstairs RM180

7. Install astro?
      RM 50 + RM10 for each socket(if your house don't have the astro point at TV point socket)(if you previously have the decoder and dish)

10. Floor cements + tiles 25 x 30 sf, workmanship only
    not sure, my contractor count include tiles RM6 per sf (my house very small)

* if not mistaken , install fan is RM30 if got the fan point...
