3. Re-arrange electric point from middle to side, Conceal from the group floor, top floor is climb up the manhole, just the abaster ceilling to adjust.
4. Tiang Lighting point, outside the house, corner. Conceal / Casing?
5. Plug point, looping type. Conceal / Casing?
6. Install floodlight + Lighting point?
7. Install astro?
8. 1hp/1.5hp aircond conceal / non conceal?
9. Paint whole house, in/out , corner type 44x75sf, workmanship only
10. Floor cements + tiles 25 x 30 sf, workmanship only
