Pim Backup,save contacts,customization setting,sms,email into your memory card

Thanks for the advise.. Is there anyway to store my contacts in my pc? so tat i can transfer to other phone in case that i am switching phone..

U can use active sync. It sync with outlook. So u can use another phone and sync the same contacts and stuff

pim back up also works fine, simply transfer the saved file to a new phone use pin back up again to new phone

Anybody facing constant freezing problem with this phone ????

I am always facing this and I am going to sell this phone tonight to a buyer !!

I really loveee this phone as its so beautiful but can't take the constant freezing problem. I only have 1GB memory card installed with usage of probably 300MB !!

Any solution ?? If can I might just change my mind and not leave this phoneeee......

well don't think anyone has freezing problem with the phone. seems to be working fine here . try hard reset your phone already? (all data will be gone, please backup the stuff you need before doing so)

i tried hard reset on the phone before too...

i have only installed applications that are really important to my phone and some games.

Using 300MB out of 1GB memory card. No music at all as well !

Why..... other than that this is really a nice phone. =((((((((((((((

it is a good phone. i think you have install some application causing it to freeze, try lacus method hardreseting then back to factory stage then reinstalling back ONLY usable applications.

if you did hard reset your phone, how did you did it? via the phone or thru hardware buttons? maybe you could also name the software you install? so far this phone is nice even with stock roms (custom roms finally available fo r touch 2 but still prefer stock rom for some reason )

my T2 now having problem. Just now when i wan to type sms, it suddenly hang when i typing till half msg, then i just close the sms and open again. Now the input screen when i open sms or want to type somethings, the qwerty screen just hang and wouldn't appear anymore.

Anyone can help me how to solve it?

i just download and install "Update for HTC Touch2 – Owner Information " but I dont know where it is?? Sorry, this is my first wm phone

@onnying88,apply the updates for your touch 2 before?
@geniuz, it's an update. Kinda forget what it does already but you can see if it's installed by looking at Remove Programs. Just install all the updates EXCEPT Mp3 as ringtone update. seems to have issue for most of us

when we at the Home screen, just a little bottom from the clock got weather, but when i try to tap for update its seem doesnt work. Can I update the weather via wifi?? Thanks

yes u can update vis wifi, it works when u have data connection

hello peeeps ... i need some help from u guys...

ive juz changed to T2 last month ... and when i received my maxis bill this month ... my data usage charges was like rm 400 WTF!!!!!!! ... but maxis has this policy of max @RM250 to be charged...


may i know any1 facing this prob or this is something which happens to HTC users (according to maxis) which i highly doubt so

i was having the same problem as you....my bill was 200 plus also last month.
will they discount if you talk with them?
im not sure what was using the internet but i installed the data control app now.
