TMNut sucks. My megaupload starts at 150kBps, and then gets capped at 25kBps after only approx 1gb.

Well...everybody know that TM sux big time...for me, the speed now is bearable to use...though i always got Dced

Capping? No wonder my internet browsing experience is crap since the last few days. Those $#@$%$#@^#@%!

Calling them now and giving them earful.

Seriously, you should be charged much higher for the level of abuse.

This happened to my 4 Mbps on certain ip range u need to mix the bandwidth not only to download otherwise this will happened on 4 Mbps this happened when u hit 10GB but after reconnect change ip you can bypass this

Another thing I found out lol..when I use Hotfile to download @ 7am - around 11pm..always 150KB/s-180KB/s..when reach midnight - 7am, speed will drop to 50KB/s - 120KB/s...funny

This is due to peak hours not throttling

Damn stimix I've been throttled at this very moment, from 150+kbps to 45+kbps now. But meh.. this means tomorrow I'll have to repeat the whole tiring process of calling and scolding and it will be back to normal, well at least for me~ btw im on 1mbps package

Guys. What's the optimum dl speed if I'm on the 1mb package?

Well its not exactly the same for everyone but average should be at least 120+kbps

All im getting is 115kbps max.

bodoh punya company.. dsl also wanna capped like wireless broadband... where on earth got like this company? speed suck, ping suck, all suck..

i actually filed a complain 2 weeks ago until now...

they ended up throwing my cases to technical person, where they will come to my house to check the line.

The logic is, i prove them the problem is not from my side but still they insist sending someone over to check... really WTF...

They seems dont understand English and trying to call you everyday for a useless updates and hope that you will close the ticket.

The best part is we are paying FULLY but getting Throttle or capping which does not justify and now affecting normal internet browsing.

I wonder if TNB can do the same as well, make people pay fully but only supply 180V to every house...

Internet services have become a Utilities same like water and power, they can't live with this lousy standard forever...

Does you called 100 to file complain or email to them?

thats good maa... some of us only get 50kbps max with 1mb line...

im using 4mbps, with streamyx only manage to get 80-100 k/s
using vpn can reach 400-480k depending on server as well where i download from

i called and i email them...

Mind telling us what vpn you're using. Also their avalability/free/paid
