Hmm, can I use the glute and hamstring activation to make my butt smaller? Its freakinly disproportionate cuz too big already. And anything to make my waist smaller? Not much fat around there but it seriously makes me lose the V taper.

But when you enable more use of the glutes it becomes bigger right. Its big enough already but its not muscle !@#$. Maybe its genetics. Wth, like a female only. Noooo... my waist size is damn big for my height...

QUOTE(Florian @ Nov 24 2009, 12:21 AM) Everyday is an exam day...fook continuous assessments. The problem with me in the morning when I wake up is that I can't eat that much of solid food...it'll make me vomit out everything, even chugging down oatmeal with milk and whey in the morning makes me to have gag reflex and I have to swallow them back when they reach my mouth. So to compensate that, I'll take some whey with oatmeal upon waking up, then on the 2nd meal I'll eat more...but I don't think that's a good thing to do. I get you man, assignments sucks. Lucky I don't have the morning gag reflex thing. |

You guys damn strong la can deadlift so heavy. I think I can pull off 100kg 5x5 max on a good day, but with reset everytime cuz my grip really sucks. Although using puny weights, the gym goers in my uni look at me like I'm Hercules lol. So far there's only one weightlifter in my uni and he deadlifts around 180kg but he's really low profile.
*People in my uni are really weak, today one normal sized fella tried benching 40kg, his arms failed and the bar fell and choked him for a few seconds, luckily his friend was spotting him. But his facial expression was dam funny hahaha... |

QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Dec 4 2009, 11:09 AM) That's because you don't mix and match your rep ranges and weights. Or either that you don't mix around your rest period. Or you've got bad form. My cousin who's 6'3 and weighs 82KG only, could deadlift 100KG for 5x3 after tweaking his form. Initially he was struggling with merely 50KG. Form is of utmost importance for safety and pulling max weights. I'll try taking a video next time I deadlift and squat in my uni when no one's around. I vary my rep ranges and weights for squats and deadlifts all the time... mix and match i dunno... |

QUOTE(Florian @ Dec 13 2009, 12:34 AM) Quite tulan today...when you're big and buff, everyone thinks you are rough and spoil people's stuff. haha so cute, ranting like small kid. Just now me and my friend who is super skinny went to another friend's place to play guitar hero on his X box using the Xbox guitar...when I was playing it I noticed when strumming it was not responsive, then the owner friend plays it then my skinny friend plays it too then he complains that the strumming button is not responsive. Then the owner friend accused me of spoiling it and said I pressed too hard. I was like WTF, how hard could I press that button? I was pressing the same way as everyone else. And he is accusing me just because my forearms are bigger than yours. My skinny friend also played it and he didn't ask him if he pressed the button hard or not, why I am the only person that has to spoil it. The owner himself also played it why he didn't say he spoiled it? Also I only played the easy stages, didn't really strum that much, he played the hard ones and strum damn a lot so why does he have to put the blame on me? I thought he was my friend. |

Is there such a rule saying I can only join a competition of my native place? No la registryeditor was planning to join a few different state comps... You planning to compete? |
