I am. It's the total number of sets which are important. I'd say 16-20 sets is a safe bet for large bodyparts. 24 can't hurt.

Imo, there's no fixed time for resting between sets. Bob Chick advocates 2 mins around there or time enough to catch your breath. If you continue the next set while still exhausted, you're just turning an anaerobic workout into an aerobic workout. What's the point right?

And most of the time I don't recommend supersets, doublesets, etc to bulkers unless y'all prepping for a show.

Decline barbell yes. Decline flyes too. Chest came out good from that.

The shape of your pecs= genetics. But decline barbell press is an awesome exercise. Don't neglect upper pecs though. =)

Lol, someone's not a mod anymore. We need to get a new one. angrydog would be a good choice but then it's up to the staffs and admins. I hope they choose a way, way better one this time. I miss mp, that guy was the best.

I loved mp's style of flaming and closing down threads. At least he was doing his job y'know. They told me he's got a bad hand injury, that's why he had to stop for a bit.
