RO Player trying to be bossy la. Herein lies the faults

1) He's scared of kena FFK by TS, but on the other hand say alot of people want to book the place yet no one had given him any money yet. Then he went on and demand payment from TS saying other people MIGHT rent it. LOL If other people rent it first before TS could view the place, then so be it la!

2) He didn't even screen through the tenants thoroughly. Didn't check their looks, background, family, etc. Terus rent out. A danger to other tenants.

All i can say is, by coming here insulting everyone, RO Player has just signed his blacklist in everyone's mind henceforth.

Such includes damage to walls, paints, holes from nails, plumbing, etc, which were to be inspected and acknowledged by the tenant to be in good condition before moving in, and must maintain as such once the tenant moves out.

No where did it say anything about damages to the OWNER, like getting FFK or raped or buttsecked!
