the question is should i consume bcaa or protein shake after workout??
or both together?

ha..mm..im now using it during my workout..
i mean i workout for about 1 hour 15-30minutes and i sip that during my training.. after workout i take creatine monohydrate.. whey i take it after around 2 hours or 3 hours of my workout.. i dunoo about others.. |
