 BCAA or Protein After workout

Err..i would like to ask..
i have xtend and on whey with me..
the question is should i consume bcaa or protein shake after workout??
or both together?

BCAA during workout. Whey for before, after or anytime you like.

yeap, ur whey sometime would have bcaa in it.

amino acid is depleted mase workout so its a good thing to replenish during workout

but sometimes i wonder, when is this "during workout"
masa baru start bench press? or the last routine of the day?

iirc protein mesti ade bcaa but of course its small
the bcaa's pills or those stand alone supps are pure and have more in amount and numbers
plus u get other amino acids as well

ha..mm..im now using it during my workout..
i mean i workout for about 1 hour 15-30minutes and i sip that during my training..
after workout i take creatine monohydrate..
whey i take it after around 2 hours or 3 hours of my workout..
i dunoo about others..

Mean in between sets you sip it lah. By the end of the whole workout... ngam ngam habis. Cun!
