This spec i think is first generation Mstar 6m68.

-poor perfomance,
-no seek time function
-MKV 1080p compatible issue.

China there want clear stock.. no one buying anymore.

A forumer there known as Victor, which apparently is from eGear, is providing some support.

I just bought miveo MP-380 media player at Low Yuat for RM 299. Stupid me. I thought it can be use on normal tv..but...sad to say, of course NOT. There goes RM 299 down the drain.

Can you clarify why it can't be used with normal TV? You're referring to the CRT TV right? If so, i thought the Miveo comes with composite RCA output?

Mstar chipset don't have AV output (no support 480p). Can't use in old crt tv.


the same price i can get 2nd gen chipset + DTS version .. want?

was there any HDMI port to begin with?

please check output mode (720 or 1080p)?

if your lcd not support fullhd.. will blankscreen

My LCD support 720p, and i downloaded 720p movie play for it, but it no signal on the LCD, no "menu" show on HDMI, totally "blank"..

Maybe the HDMI port (on the miveo) got problem?

if not mistaken, this device dont sapot substitle... if so, SO saks!!!

What to do? Nasi sudah menjadi bubur. Any adapter..that i could use?

how do i restore this player to factory setting? the screen totally blank, input doesnt support, im try to adjust setting 720p to 1080p, but after push ok button, the screen blank, message input do not support...

tried it on plas 42"

now tried on my dell 24" full HD.. also no output...
