guys i just dl Red Alert 1 and it seems cant play on Win7.is there a way to play it?

i just bought Duke Nukem 3d, duke nukem manhattan project and Raptor. Duke Nukem Manhattan project was halfway downloading, then i log in again to Gog.com, it says it's closing down?

Is this real? I got this message when i want to log in again.
