Actually there no importance ppl are just lazy to delete they just say waa so many delete tomorrow first den tomorrow after 2 to 3 months it become 999 and above haha.Some ppl very lazy sms they prefer call so their smses are very little . eh u can set how many in inbox and sent box de meh? Or u choose to delete those in sent box after a while? Mind as well off the save sent sms option lol...

when inbox got almost 2k messages then ill start to delete..hOhO..sent items i make it limited to 100 onli..
that why i bought nokia instead other brands coz i can store messages inside memory card, i mean a lot of them..
but now i not stored in memory card coz phone memory is sufficient enough to the work....

erm.. sometimes battery drain is not due to firmware issue.. and many here r unsatified with the upgrade as they claim it consume more battery ..so i think it does help in ur case.. i suggest u go and get urself a new and original battery .. ap set battery tend to last shorter as i hav experienced it myself..

yeah!!!!!!!!!my E71 able used for 6 days!!finally my battery finished!i love E71!very long lasting battery,firmware 400 now.
