haha, really deserve to be called as moderator, sound gentle n understand my situation.
Actually the main purpose i buy iPhone bcoz of my friend who the owner of the iPod. He say Apple produce is quite good in sound quality and i decide to buy a iPhone coz i also got plan to change my mobile. I am a music lover and i quite pay attention on the sound quality when i listen on the music. Is that the sound quality will be increase when i convert to high kbps? Coz as i noe, if the original mp3 file that i have is in lower kbps, that is no use to convert in high kbps coz it might no change the quality. Thanks. |

QUOTE(davidgary73 @ May 9 2009, 06:35 PM) Quality is very dependant on your source. If you convert a converted mp3 with a lower kbps to a higher kbps, it's redundant and useless as it won't make the sound any better. Really appreciate with your suggestion, sound i hav to find a high kpbs mp3 or get a CD and convert it. I will try it and leave a comment after i try. If you convert them from a cd with a high kbps, then you have a good quality sound but you're file size of the mp3 is gonna be 3x bigger than 128kbps conversion. QUOTE(nokia2003 @ May 9 2009, 06:39 PM) Right method? As i noe this topic is to discuss the iPhone related news and question. Actually i got think to make the post in this topic but most of the question which other former post is relater the SERIOUS problem which need you help. My case is no related with it. I just want to ask any suggestion or solution to improve the sound quality for my iPhone such like install 3rd party application or buy any brand of headphone and etc. I don think i will get more suggestion if i post my case in you topic but hopefully other former will leave their suggestion over here since its already happen that my topic already merged to you topic. No offend, just hope you understand my situation and the purpose to post a new topic. Thanks. |

QUOTE(davidgary73 @ May 9 2009, 07:13 PM) Not to burst your bubble but there's a thread related to your queries: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/996484 haha, really thx for the link, it really help me lot. Thx.Given if you have used the search function, i bet you'll find it. Anyway, continue your discussion over that thread if you would like to do so. *This iPhone Club v9 thread is made for all topics may it be serious or not serious matter of discussion. Cheers QUOTE(nokia2003 @ May 9 2009, 07:19 PM) well it appears that i don't have to comment much since the moderator has already rectified this issue. Since is my wrong and misunderstand this the purpose of this topic. I apologize with it. Any ways, thx for your comment for my case. and just for clarification sake, that thread isn't mine... it is opened by me, yes but i don't own it. it belongs to everyone here. But say it in truth, the sentence you type really make me feel unwell - "wow, what a great need for a brand new thread for a trivial question like this." but seen ur senior in this forum, i don have any comment in ur sentence that u type. Thanks This post has been edited by raito takahashi: May 9 2009, 07:39 PM |

QUOTE(saksoba @ May 9 2009, 09:56 PM) i also notice this in the first place.. i think maybe it just my earphone.. sennheiser mx55.. since i used alot when i hv my ipod.. then after that, i used seldomly cuz so busy.. so, the cause is the iphone? the same song play thru iphone and ipod touch, the quality seems to be different.. the quality better on ipod,i think.. haha, finally got a friend have same case with mecuak already cuz i tot i damage my sennheiser as nokia mention, different iphone will come with different encoding format based on the different factory. I also have done some research on other website, some other people say this problem no happen in their iphone. QUOTE(deodorant @ Jun 19 2009, 12:49 AM) Ouch my upgrade to 3.0 was so painful. I had the Maxis 5.0 settings for my logo so I factory resetted ... and forgot to backup. Based on my personal research, the maximum sec u can use for the ringtone is 40 secSigh. So anyways I'm trying to restore my old ringtones now, and for some reason I can't. I've even re-created the ringtones from create AAC --> delete file from itunes --> change filename to m4r --> re-add to itunes. The file then shows up under ringtones in the library, but it won't sync to the phone. any ideas? |
