hi..i just got iphone from sg. i dont even know if it fully unlocked or not.can anyone brief me on this lock/unlock?
i read some in the forum for apn setting. but i dont have apn in my menu.
setting>general>network>
1. enable 3G
2. data roaming
3. VPN (not configured)
4. Wi-Fi (Off)

what is apn/vpn?
i'm absolutely clueless about this iphone.FYI this iphone is a gift.
i appreciate any info..
