QUOTE(nouruddines @ May 23 2010, 03:18 PM) Actually, i wouldnt blame Rafa fully for Liverpool's downfall this season. It came out from many types of factors.Over here, he will have a president that fully supports him both financially and "motivationally". He's a great coach theres no doubts about it. About the jersey thing, there was a mock-up about that xD ![]() Added on May 23, 2010, 4:22 pm QUOTE(ghoster @ May 23 2010, 03:19 PM) i think its gonna be UCL starball/serie A patch on right, WCC center (if they won it), and serie a champ and coppa italia on left side. no multiple winner badge coz if im not mistaken, to get multiple winner badge, a team must either won the comp 3 times in a row, or 5 times. Not 3 but 5 i think. If 3, we would get the patch too since its our 3rd win. This post has been edited by visionary1993: May 23 2010, 04:38 PM |

It is UEFA ruling that prevent any more clubs retain the UCL trophy if they won it 5 times or 3 times in a row, so the replacement is a badge sleeve that costs roughly GBP20 in the market ![]() Added on May 23, 2010, 4:22 pm Not 3 but 5 i think. QUOTE(ahnien @ May 23 2010, 03:14 PM) though eto did not scored. Yes... Etoo should be lauded as well for being so selfless. he's work rate was applaud-able. and was involve in the 2nd goal. the question still remains.... wher would mourinho b the next season????? pep, messi n co was @ the bernabeu last nite. they came out to congrats mourinho in the end of the match. hmm.... It is absolutely amazing how Mourinho is always able to make superstars (some with big egos) to work like soldiers, fought for each other like brothers.... I am a Juve fan, and I really envy you guys for having such a genuis of a coach..eventhough he might be departing the club, but he came to Inter, saw and conquered all before him. Even if his stay is such a short-lived one...The memories ever-lasting. Inter will no longer be the laughing stock of Italian football... Added on May 23, 2010, 7:21 pm Top 10 Teams To Win The Treble After watching Italian giants Inter accomplish their first ever treble on Saturday evening, Goal.com's Patrick Reilly hails 10 sides who have pulled off the impressive feat... By Patrick Reilly 10) Derry City (Republic of Ireland 1988/1989) Trophy Haul: Irish Premier League, Irish Cup, Irish League Cup Irish football is nowhere near the level of their English neighbours across the water but Derry's trophy-rich 1989 season deserves due mention. Having been forced to wind up in the 1970's for political reasons, the club were in the wilderness for over a decade before being granted entry to the Irish league in 1985. The Candystripes won promotion from the First Division in 1987 and two years later scooped the domestic treble. Given their turbulent history it was a remarkable achievement. 9) Al Ahly (Egypt 2005/2006) Trophy Haul: Egyptian League, Egyptian Cup, CAF Champions League Winning trophies by the truckload is nothing new for the self styled Red Devils of North Africa and they've just celebrated their sixth successive domestic title. What made their 2006 treble particularly impressive was that they won everything on the spin having repeated the treble feat a year earlier. 8) IFK Goteborg (Sweden 1981/1982) Trophy Haul: Swedish League, Swedish Cup, UEFA Cup Long before he became cheap tabloid fodder, Sven-Goran Eriksson was a young hungry coach in his native Sweden. After impressing with Degerfors, Sven upped sticks to Goteborg where he orchestrated a famous treble in 1982. Goteborg topped the Allsvenskan but in those days merely scoring more points wasn't enough and Goteborg had to negotiate a tricky six-game play off to take the title. With the Swedish Cup in the bag they defied the domestic winter break to turn over Hamburg 4-0 on aggregate in the UEFA Cup battering them in Germany 3-0. Benfica soon came calling for Sven who departed a hero. 7) CSKA Moscow (Russia 2004/2005) Trophy Haul: Russian League, Russian Cup, UEFA Cup Charging to the quarter-finals of this year's Champions League made everybody sit up and take notice of the Army Men. The Russians have been a force to be reckoned with ever since oil millions were pumped into the club earlier in the decade. Black gold transferred into on field success as CSKA took the domestic league and cup double thanks to a Yuri Zhirkov winner in the latter before turning over Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Cup final, beating the Portugese club on their own Lisbon turf. 6) Porto (Portugal 2002/2003) Trophy Haul: Portugese League, Portugese Cup, UEFA Cup Jose Mourinho's star was rising as he led Porto to a treble in his first full season in charge. The title was wrapped up with games to spare as the Dragons finished a comfortable 11 points clear of Benfica while Porto beat Mourinho's old side Leiria in the cup final. Celtic made things difficult for Porto in the UEFA Cup final but they sneaked through 3-2 after extra time. They almost won the lot the next season as Porto retained the title, scooped the Champions League and were narrowly beaten by Benfica 2-1 in the cup final after extra time. In both of those trophy-laden years Mourinho's side didn't lose a single home league game - a record which stretches back to 2002 for the Special One. 5) Liverpool (England 1983/1984) Trophy Haul: League Title, League Cup, European Cup Joe Fagan had the tough task of replacing Bob Paisley, who won everything with the Reds, when he stepped into the Anfield hot seat in 1984. He delivered Liverpool's third successive league title, their fourth successive league cup and the European Cup. For the latter the Reds overcame Roma in their own backyard, winning on penalties as Bruce Grobbelear danced between the sticks. The only blip in an otherwise perfect season was a shock fourth round F.A. Cup exit against second division Brighton. 4) Ajax (Holland 1971/1972) Trophy Haul: Eredivisie, Dutch Cup, European Cup Johan Cruyff led his team of Dutch masters to their second of three consecutive European Cup triumphs where they defeated Inter 2-0 in nearby Rotterdam with Cruyff notching both goals. On the domestic front Ajax snatched back the league title and retained the KNVB Cup after being pushed by Den Haag, eventually winning 3-2. Ajax would win the league and European Cup again the next season. 3) Manchester United (England 1998/1999) Trophy Haul: Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League 'Football. Bloody Hell,' quipped Sir Alex Ferguson after United wrapped up the treble with a dramatic 2-1 win over Bayern Munich in the Champions League final. He was right to be relieved as the Red Devils had just emerged from the biggest week in their history with three trophies. United made things difficult for themselves against Tottenham in their final league game of the season before coming back to win and snatch the title from Arsenal. The Gunners were put to the sword in an epic FA Cup semi final before United dispatched Newcastle with ease in the final. Bayern Munich looked on course to deny the Red Devils the European glory Fergie craved so badly but fate and two late goals intervened to prompt the manager into a little Scottish dance on the sideline. 2) Barcelona (Spain 2008/2009) Trophy Haul: La Liga, Copa Del Rey, Champions League Pep Guardiola's reign didn't get off to the best of starts as the Catalans suffered a shock opening day defeat in La Liga. Barcelona quickly improved under their new coach playing fabulous football en route to the title where they obliterated Real Madrid 6-2 at the Bernabeu. Barca finished a healthy nine points ahead of their fierce rivals and added the Copa del Rey to their array of honours beating Athletic Bilbao 4-1 in the final. Perhaps their most impressive display was in the Champions League final where the holders Manchester United were given the run-around as Barcelona romped home. The Blaugrana added the European Super Cup, Spanish Super Cup and FIFA World Club Cup by the close of the year. 1) Celtic (Scotland 1966/67) Trophy Haul: Scottish League, Scottish Cup, Scottish League Cup, European Cup Simply the best. The Hoops' 1966/67 season has been the subject of endless debate down the years but the facts are clear. Celtic won everything in sight and became the first British club to win the European Cup. In Scotland they were pushed by rivals Rangers in the league and emerged three points better off in the days of two points for a win. Their first trophy came earlier in the season when Celtic saw off Rangers in the League Cup final and they added the Scottish Cup with a 2-0 win over Aberdeen. It was in Europe though that the greatest success came as favourites Inter were dispatched 2-1 in Lisbon after the Italians took an early lead. As is often pointed out, the entire Celtic team was made up of Scotsmen who were born within 30 miles of Celtic Park. Both feats are unlikely to ever be repeated. No matter how arrogant Jose is, there's no denying he's an awesome coach. What an achievement. All hail "Sir" Jose Mourinho.
Maybe if Chelsea kept him for a little bit longer, who knows he could have won them the Champions League. |

Inter have beaten the champions of England, Spain and Germany to be crowned more than deserved CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE!
For me personally, I have been a fan for more than 10 years and frankly, I thank Mourinho but he leaving is not a big problem for me, for me the only thing that matters is F.C Internazionale Milano We will show Europe that even without Mourinho, we can challenge for the European Cup Forza Zanetti, Forza Moratti, Forza INTER!!!! Pazza Inter Amala ! |
