QUOTE(praveena.k12 @ Oct 12 2009, 05:16 PM) Tune Talk really really sucks. Its the worst telco ever. I bought the sim pack then found out my callers had to listen to ads before they can connect to me. So stupid. I straight ported out from Tune Talk to Digi. It took about 8 hours. At first after porting, both sim cards are still active. But after one day, the Tune Talk sim is deactivated and only the Digi sim is active. When you are porting out, you must tell Digi you are porting out from Celcom. Some Customer Service ppl at the Digi Specialised store don't know that Tune Talk is from Celcom so they will say no cannot port. But just say its from Celcom and you can port out within a day. I think everyone is just getting all the nice numbers and porting straight. I sent a complaint email and they just said "The ads are part of Tune Talk" but it doesn't say any where in the T & C that you callers have to first listen to 10 seconds of annoying ads before they can connect to your number. Tune Talk is definitely going to lose customers like this! yea, they shud have made it clear. Tune Talk can only be used for casual usage la, there is no way im gonna tell my clients and associates to call me and then make them listen to those crappy ads.
