What I meant is that if you get an empty sim, they will let you choose between few numbers if you reject then you will have to go online and find ur suitable 1

hehe. against my warning, my friend wanted to get a 010 number similar to his car and beemer model. max vain!

anyways, he proudly printed out the number he selected online and went to a shop at giant kelana jaya. the poor girl didn't know what to do with it and asked him to come back again. gez wut, he came back the next day, and the gurl still x figure out what to do with the print out.

he was furious and set out to IT mall ss14m also no luck!
he went back and wrote a "heartfelt" complaint email to TT.
and the next day, someone personally came to pass him his new sim card and number.

cool customer service. salute TT. smile.gif
but ah... please lah teach all the ah moi at phone shops how to process the sim card. :|

i agree,
if Happy do this,
i still can accept,
because i can get RM0.99 for 15 minutes,
and Happy charge 20 second per block but Tune Talk is 60 second,
and also the Tune Talk annoying message,
make my handphone battery finish very fast..

the caller that call to your new tunetalk number will have to listen to 10 seconds advertisement before the call being connected. This will waste your caller credit and cost money. (How Tunetalk make money for 2nd time from you).

is it true?

Tune Talk really really sucks. Its the worst telco ever. I bought the sim pack then found out my callers had to listen to ads before they can connect to me. So stupid. I straight ported out from Tune Talk to Digi. It took about 8 hours. At first after porting, both sim cards are still active. But after one day, the Tune Talk sim is deactivated and only the Digi sim is active. When you are porting out, you must tell Digi you are porting out from Celcom. Some Customer Service ppl at the Digi Specialised store don't know that Tune Talk is from Celcom so they will say no cannot port. But just say its from Celcom and you can port out within a day. I think everyone is just getting all the nice numbers and porting straight. I sent a complaint email and they just said "The ads are part of Tune Talk" but it doesn't say any where in the T & C that you callers have to first listen to 10 seconds of annoying ads before they can connect to your number. Tune Talk is definitely going to lose customers like this!
