last night I'm late just few minute,check at 1:10am dont have then later check back at 2:00am already got new prefix

yes sure can,just activate your tunetalk sim first and use it a lil bit then just apply mnp at celcom centre/dealer
p/s: make sure you tell them that you want UOX plan,if not they will just give you normal XPAX plan
