Just my suggestion, if you found the seller charge you higher for the new Simpack, and u found that other is just selling at only RM5, i think to get back the number, u can report the lost sim. why!

The owner will know all the information, when u report the lost sim, just buy another Tunetalk simpack with a temporary number , and sent email to customer.care@tunetalk.com with this information.
1) Owner's Name
2) IC
3) Old number
4) New sim card number
5) new temporary tunetalk number

Not sure it can work or not..

I like digi CS support they are very efficient usually online chat is enough to resolve your problem when tunetalk very mafan they ask u to fax your IC la write letter la its like they think all student owns a fax machine

celcom support i can vomit blood le. Tunggu kejap ya. Then let u hear song. Technical department tak ada orang angkat le. nanti call back 5mins.

Fine call back press over 500 option when u reach u must explain your reason again then they try again.
For postpaid maxis they improved you call 123 it straight go to CS answer le.

For normal mobile phone u will confuse how many 2 is there. Then u need count somemore. Less one 2 or more will end up calling another person

i successfully to port out from Tune Talk to HYC,
but my Tune Talk sim always on the status,
never shown inactive sim card,
and i am keep waiting more than 3 hours...

other sim(new telco) will ringing
the old simcard still can use for call out and sms as long as is active

sure is boss friend or staff only because tunetalk not yet provide xxx-xxxAAAA / xxx-XXAAAAA
