i adi terminate, make a big fuss at celcom center, with letter...

they decided to waive the RM250 penalty... finally i walked out a free man...



my BIGGEST WINNING POINT: before i shift was still acceptable, after shifting to new area only 1 bar coverage, keep disconnect every 15 minutes...

the cust service guy still can shoot me say "oh but we give 1 week trial before? did u report this to our helpdesk?"

i answered: "i shifted to new place, unless u want to build a new tower there to boost the signal? not logical right since it's expensive? call helpdesk for? this is coverage problem, i call also no use right?"

wtf a lot of websites cannot be opened

it's a relief i got streamix at home... but today is suck!! i want to dload 129kb files...but it just hot 30kb!! now, i got better connection...it's night...

Wow... I knew what's the meaning of "Widest" coverage of celcom. I'm a digi bb user. My fren said want test out my digi so exchanged sim card with me... This morning, used it at my school(utar section 13 PJ) still can goes up to 1m but when i came back to my room, only 300k. Guess what?
Called celcom cust line asked about the coverage. Proved that road 17/41 PJ only got 3G coverage, not hsdpa...
"Widest" 3G coverage, not 3.5G!!~ Paying RM98 monthly for 300k!!~

Mind to share your speedtest??

recently, need to on the torrent to stay connected to the network
else, it will keep dc and need to re-dial it again n again, dunno why

Have you try to ping any website to stay connected....

If not,try :

ping www.yahoo.com.my -t

i'm quite satisfied for my D98, using in my kampung at pahang.


But one things is, the fair usage is too little for me since i always watch movie online.. 5GB is no enough for me..
I'm wondering how is the speed going after i hit the quota..
anyone can share ur experiences here?

i am on celcom bb RM98 package.. now i have exceeded the 5GB limit.. i know my connection is slow, but where do i find out on how many percent will they strip down my speed?

try using other DNS Server.

Been few days I can't access to Celcom BB.. @modem shows searching for network.. unplug and reconnect shows EDGE only but still unable to connect..

try call celcom...

Why, mind to share your speedtest?

i send email to celcom customer service on 1 Nov 2009. i get a reply stated they will check on 6 Nov 2009. Then subsequent, they asking for my company and home address so that they can find the problem. Only today, 19 Nov 2009, they called me saying that the network station is congested on my area. they already proposed to upgrade the station and will be completed by end of this year.

last 2 months ago, i get at least 1.5Mbps to 3.xxMbps... now I get 0.1 to max 0.4Mbps. so disheartening to see it.

if i want to terminate celcom, i don have to pay anything rite or is there any penalty by doin this..
