Hmm I don't understand whys everyone bashing this movie so much.
I personally give the movie a 3.5/5.
The methods used to shoot the film were clever and nice.
The soundtrack suited every scene.
No cheesy acting (a lil bit of cheesy dialogue but it wasn't horrendous)
Action was enjoyable.
Ok I'll admit the ending was a little dissapointing but the movie as an overall is an enjoyable watch.

If you know the real bible story (which I think most of you do), the movie's story is a brave attempt amidst knowing its gonna stir slight controversies to certain christians.

If you like action movies I still suggest you go watch it despite all the negative reviews in this thread. I personally enjoyed every bit of this movie until the very end.

PS: No offence meant to those who don't like the movie. Its just a personal review

Legion (2010)

After nearly O.D.ing from movie like Avatar and Sherlock Holmes (at to a lesser extend, The Body Guards and Assassins), I was reluctant about going back to the movie. The couple of movies I watched in the cinema were pretty good, and will this streak break in January 2010.

Alas, it did.

Legion is....

Let me put it this way, if you had watched the trailer, there REALLY isn't any need to go watch the movie, most of the good bits are in the trailer!

The story is NONE existent (are all GOOD script writers in America still on strike?? or have they all out source them to China and India [student of Introduction to English])

Angels wear leather in this movie...

The ending MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.

The ending makes perfect sense. It was just lame.

Watched the movie yesterday after being late to watch Toothfairy.

Overall not a bad movie, bringing such a twist. Just that the thriller isn't enough, they should make more scenes like the grandma incident

It wasn't that bad... since I had zero expectations after reading your comments.

It was exciting enough, although darn predictable.

Probably the whole theme gave a lot of people high expectations, that's why everybody is dissapointed.


Grandma kicked ass man. So darn cool the way she started things off.

Overall a movie only worth watching if you have nothing to do and no other good movies to watch (and Dennis Quaid)...

i thought i saw "Coach"...

watched it yday. wasted my 2 hours (well, should be less than that) watching this movie.

I have to say i do admit the bravery and boldness of the director to twist the christian ideology in this movie. storyline wise, well, okay. human killing each another, war, pollution, God lose faith in humankind, wants to wipe the humanity. Okay, i get the picture.

but the way they put it into the movie? it just lame...

2/10 - 1 for Dennis Quad and 1 for the fight between Michael and Gabriel (though it's really short but i love the hammer-like weapon pounding sound).

Erm no offense but if you're good enough to condemn the script writers then you yourself wouldn't use NONE existent...

The difference is they write for a living, I don't!!

legion is a MUST see, 1000 times better than 2012, 50000 times better than avatar....

i didnt see what the fuss was in Avatar coz the story is too predictable...and thought that was nearly a 3 hour waste of my time (maybe the 3d version is a bit better, i dunno)...So if this one is better than Avatar, should be worth watching...or not ...

i give the movie 5/5! wuhooo! its all according to the bible. hahahahahha! but..

minus 4. since the Angels are not that cool and being played stupid. Gabriel wings is a lot bigger n he does not hold any weapon to bring anyone down. aihh...

1/2 way thru d movie,i went out grab some snacks n drink again,then back to the room,can't belif i did it,i dun normally go out purchase foods during the show,its normally b4

watch the movie on 2nd day release...
If you're asking opinions, I'll say it's ok-ok.

Anyway, it's not a bad movie, it just not intense enough.

alright, the film is enjoyable..

it needs to cut some unnecessary scenes..

Constantine can give satan a middle finger,
michael did the same to god in this film..with guns but without wings..

god/heaven is only an organization
alright they can do pretty much in their power
they cannot do everything they wanted obviously..
that's the film concept...
is good to have different taste once in a while..
in short... too bad in this film god is not everything
and angels can have their own will own orders, nice ler..


the hot chick is hot...
should have more scene of her...
i'll give 4/10 alone because of her~

gabriel is gay..the scene michael and gabriel talk is really...
gay...

last few scene at the stop-by looks like zombie invasion...

this one i almost laugh out in the cinema..



with Paul Bettany, Dennis Quaid, Tyrese Gibson and hot chick
fair to give it a 5.5/10
