Public issue ==) any one can apply to get it
Offer for sale==) which is a public invitation by a sponsoring intermediary such as an investment bank. 1) Offer for sale by fixed price 2) Offer for sale by tender **A strike price is established by the bank after receiving all the bids. All investors pay the strike price.*** Private placement==) Selected investors will entitled to get it please correct me, if i wrong. |

MMC aims to list 3 units - Gas Malaysia, Johor Port Bhd and Malakoff Bhd.

Malakoff will be like YTL, price quite stable..
Johor Port peer comparability will be Bintulu Port. Gas Malaysia?? No idea. Competitor is Shell Gas? or Petronas Gas? |
