Correct me if I'm wrong.

Tentatively, pricing for MMHE gonna be at Rm3.80. Forward PE 20 for the next FY. Buy MISC to get the blue form. I have people telling me that since it's large & NO-1 man ask to list one, surely will do well (at least on the first day) . So who wanna buy ? Any comments ?

Waiting for some research paper on it but tak ada. blink.gif

Wanna ask, do you guys know how they select IPO applications? By "lucky draw" or first in first out?
Thanks! wink.gif

Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd’s (MHB) total market capitalisation when listed based at RM3.61 per retail share will be RM5.78 billion, translating into a trailing price-earnings (PE) ratio of 20.7 times, and three times its net assets per share of RM1.20.

Trailing PE for SapCrest and Kencana is around 15. So, is it worth to enter this giant at 20.7 PE? hmm.gif
And read through some articles after a google search, it seem that MHB is one of MISC's major profit contributor.

I'm hoping they will cut lower their IPO price such as Sunreit and CMMT. Since recent IPO companies share price do not perform well, investors are worry on losing money if buy on IPO. hmm.gif

my thinking is, since VT won't want all his IPOs to longkang, he'll push up his stocks price to gain back some reputation, otherwise his other IPOs cannot earn him much money, if all go longkang. Anyway, i am not sure. I just hope this IPO will be the time to shoot up for the rest of his group's counters. biggrin.gif
