Something New in IPO ?

Honestly , bonus issue would not increase the wealth of a company or an investor. It is splitting rm one note into 2, 50sen coins.

Goreng wise, no one knows , bcos we are in an imperfect market, where not all the investors having the same level of playing field and knowledge.

I think coz LVS(the ultimate holding company) is not in a very healthy position. It indirectly affects the investors perception towards the Sands China counter. Furthermore, like what is mentioned in the article, its IPO is overpriced taking into the consideration of the current economic condition, investors will not pay too high for a gaming stock.

But, Maxis and KGB still defies the odds..It saw green on both of their debut

In a statement yesterday, DSC, which is slated to be listed on the ACE Market on Dec 9, said a total of 3,734 applications for 70.85 million shares were received for the tranche of one million new shares offered to the general public at 50 sen per share.

Gone through part of it, seems like stable Chinaman company model...
But important thing is, how is their product reputation? Anyone ever bought their products?
