Zerorulez, another thing to note. All Warner titles straight goes to the movie, skipping the menu. And their default audio is always Dolby Digital. Try use the pop-up menu and change the audio.

Well PS3 via HDMI to AVR.. setting set to LPCM for BD at PS3... i just press the select button on the controller... n DD 5.1 640 kbps

Glad it's solved. All Warner titles always default to Dolby Digital, that's one thing I don't like from them. Really don't understand, if they worry about customers equipment supporting the HD codecs, Dolby TrueHD also has a core Dolby Digital track that will automatically be used. But I do appreciate their way to go straight to the movie without going through all the trailers and advertisements.
