mine is stll in route to malaysia for 5 days not include saturday n sunday...
gift from a friend..watch and wallet...it cost more than 500usd..
no more update just show only route to malaysia..

Hi there everybody.

I have order handphone skin from Dbrand (US) and they are using USPS International Priority Airmail. They don't have track shipping for Malaysia and it stated I need to wait 5-15 days for the good to reach my doorstep. However it has been definitely much longer than that,more than a month. I complained to the company and they have sent another shipment free of charge due to the delay. Till now (20 days) and I am yet to get anything from anyone.I dont even get the letter form custom Malaysia.What should I do now?

If no tracking then you are at mercy of postman.

I have more than once if using non-tracking shipping, parcel becomes missing. Very nasib. And all cases no letter nothing from custom or anyone.

With regards to Dbrand and touch wood, twice ordered all delivered safely (no tracking).

1. Hi guy, normally USPS when reach Malaysia is under Pos Malaysia to make the delivery??
2. And Priority is faster than first-class international services??
3. How to check whether item have been held at custom in Malaysia??
Tracking show item shipped to transit destination on 14th Dec till now no update on the tracking.

Anyone ever see their item stuck in a transit office of exchange? In my case, I checked the tracking no. on pos malaysia tracking system and it's in Vietnam
Usually parcels are quick to arrive here, but these are gifts from my friend and they're coming in a box that is quite big, maybe that's why...

I'm having some trouble with my item of which sent by USPS Express Mail to Malaysia.

Here is the tracking results .

I have tried to contact the Pos Malaysia.But they said it's still in transit.

But USPS said it has arrived on 23rd March in Kuala Lumpur International.

May I know anyone here who has encounter the same message before?.

If yes,can anyone here tell me what should I do?.

I have some problem with USPS delivery, i have been waiting for a month and no info coming in. I have done search request and after almost 1 month now i receive a reply that they still cant find my parcel.

I actually bought a phone case, not that expensive from ebay and they sending via First-Class Package International Service.

Hey guys, I'm in your same situation. My parcel appears to be at the KLIA airport for 10 days now and still no updates. Is your parcel arrived meanwhile? What should I do?

U have 3 situation on hand if im not mistaken, someone correct me.

1. Ur package being hold by Malaysia Customs. (my handphone cover also kena hold so u never know)

2. Ur package are receive broken by Pos Malaysia, so they return back to sender but not updating the system. (kena before, buy stuff from ebay)

3. Ur stuff are in process (Pos Malaysia always take some times to process the stuff)

Solution,call post malaysia (always ding dong and send you everywhere), better yet, go to any Kaunter Serahan Tingkap nearby your address and check with them first and then proceed from there.

I'll do what you suggest. How can I know if the package is held by the customs?

Post Malaysia will let you know. Then you have to go all the way to sepang to check if customs really have your item.

Received my package after 1 month. Everything fine, no custom to clear.

bought backpack from US and ship with USPS Priority Mail International, $144.00 usd(around Rm560). will it's hold by customs and kena tax ?
