Hi all masters,

I have some problem with USPS delivery, i have been waiting for a month and no info coming in. I have done search request and after almost 1 month now i receive a reply that they still cant find my parcel.

I actually bought a phone case, not that expensive from ebay and they sending via First-Class Package International Service.

I have no idea whats happening, i already call POS Malaysia and apparently its not in their records. Please someone let me know what to do.

the item is just a phone case for god sake...

U have 3 situation on hand if im not mistaken, someone correct me.

1. Ur package being hold by Malaysia Customs. (my handphone cover also kena hold so u never know)

2. Ur package are receive broken by Pos Malaysia, so they return back to sender but not updating the system. (kena before, buy stuff from ebay)

3. Ur stuff are in process (Pos Malaysia always take some times to process the stuff)

Solution,call post malaysia (always ding dong and send you everywhere), better yet, go to any Kaunter Serahan Tingkap nearby your address and check with them first and then proceed from there.

Post Malaysia will let you know. Then you have to go all the way to sepang to check if customs really have your item.
