my place didn't have gym. still possible for me to do bodybuild? any research on this ?

sorry for the lame question. what i mean is more like if anyone in lyn have any success with home training. should throw in the poll also.

guy like me just want to be convinced by local lyn and not by other international trainee that its work all the same around the globe.

not that i didn't try to search 1st. i put in keywords like (home bodybuild) in lyn search. It didn't come out any related one, or just maybe i still miss some good searching tips.

but i take it that that those with home gym does have successful result without the need to go to a gym as long got the right mind set. those who have the same seriousness in them still can achieve as much result at home with those with who visit gym ?

so everyone here agree there is no substitute for a good gym and that's home based is no better than gym its is efficiency. if normal result can been seen from a month time, you get to say that its take 2 - 3 month time more would really demotivate anyone. gettting out of the hole you say is not option as i was kinda under contract to work in some god forsaken place.
