You sure that owner would have an incinerator in the condo each?
*
it is a god sent item for high rise living as one would not need to have smelly garbages to deal with.

I remain skeptical.... prime area also having issue unoccupied right now http://starproperty.my/PropertyScene/PropertyNews/932/0/0

True test will be in 2012, when all the nearby development are up and running.. plenty of supply by then... (Savana 2, Covillea, Endah Promande, 1 Petaling, Zest, a little further will be Atmosfera, Koi Kinrara, Setia Walk, soon to be ready Villa Park, Sierra Residency, Kinraramas, soon to be launch few more condos in BJ by Berjaya and Trinity)

Unless prime area like KLCC and MK recover, its a ripple effect..
*
with annual migration set at 3-5% in KL/Selangor area, there will be people looking for a place over their head, either renting or owning it.
the few developments you mentioned have quite a big price difference in them. to me Savanna 2 and Covillea owners will not be the same as those in Endah Promenade and The Zest.

Thought 1st disbursement was long ago? When we paid for the foundation work...
Now 2nd disbursement for car park...
*
the earlier disbursement was for block A and B right? so far, this is the first time i am getting a letter from my banker for interest payment. so far still not receive any letter from developer for the disbursement. usually will be slower than the bankers.

correct me if i'm wrong but i reckon the billing would be according to the carpark level ur unit is in...so if ur carpark is on level 1 or 2, u would have received the 2nd release notification letter by now.
*
yes and the level of the unit car park is inversely proportional to the unit. i got mine at the low floors, so have to do parking on the high floors, meaning less progress interest payment to be served. drool.gif rclxm9.gif thumbup.gif

Give it a break Alan... the official launch date was not even 1st of January... SnP states developer have the right to complete within 3 years, I dont think its already a year since it was officially launched... most of buyers bought at booking stage and pre-launch stage..looking at the broader picture, shoplot progress is looking good.. wink.gif

Some new pics

main con are given 18 mths to complete the construction, so i am not worried about the speed. TT definitely has got ample amount of time since they allocated 36mths to buyers to complete. rolleyes.gif
