Since the majority of plus versions has gone to those expensive retail sports outlets. I know the shop in sunway pyramid which has dozens of PDRGT+.

well u can use those that they use in pos office.. those thick package rubber bands. Else you can go get some OTZ bands fr UPTown 1racket shop (iranian) or go bangsar sportprises to get Tourna bands (5 in a packet) - blue color. Not that expensive also lah ...   i have used both brands before... OTZ is shorter .. the tourna is longer and tourna comes in 1 color but OTZ have diff colors.

I think some pros beg to differ....
Roddick strings at the high 60s, and sometimes in the 70s. Full poly.
Verdassco strings at the mid 60s also.
Murray strings at the low 60s as well.
Djokovic strings at the high 50s.

And these guys while may not have Nadal topspin (except Verdasco), their top-spin is still insane.

i am guessing he wants to use it to make his grip thicker but doesn't wanna damage the original base grip he has on the racq..hehe...  and doesn't wanna use double overgrip on top of the existing base grip .. .. ( i'm guessing )

lol, I'm using semi western grip. I'm afraid that I might have use the wrong technique resulting skin peeling on that part lol, been hitting with wall these few days.
