ah really ah Yan? thanks for the info mate... no idea there was a tennis shop there... uh do you know if they re-string racquets reliably there? my beloved racquets with their 10 year old strings need changing... all the other 'sports-shop' i have been to here use the manual machine... how can i let my babies be subjected to that

p.s. you bought
a 2 boxes of grips??? ...danggg man... heyyy you come to melaka just pass by or staying? i'm in desperate need for good hitters to hit with... (thought i must state again, I have not hit (properly) at all since 1999... so my memories of myself being a good player is probably very exaggerated in my current state

)
no problem dude.. yah i guess whole melaka that is the onli place i know with decent pricing and frenly owner.. i know he has 2 machines there.. one is a manual and one a digital. as for reliability in stringing, i never tried before as normally i go there just passing by and grab some stuffs only. never had chance to string there yet. can ask those in melaka, celciuz and ahwee87 i think. they are both fr MMU mlk. so maybe can hit with them ?
i tomorrow also passign thru on way down to JB only. sure one of these day if i go mlk will PM u and let's go hit a bit. normally i stay equatorial (with a nice tennis court). saw holiday inn has one nice court too. will possibly go there next trip down to mlk.

Ahhhh grips!!!
I can only recommend 2!
Yonex Superwrap and Gamma Supreme!
Yonex Superwrap in my opinion exactly the same as Wilson Pro Overgrip, but using the OLD formula!!! The current Wilson Pro Overgrip I know for a fact has been getting a LOT of complaints. I have only tried Yonex Superwrap in black, I have noted on some forums, that they have commented that the white is slighly better as it does not have additives/coloring how true is that I cannot confirm.
Gamma Supreme, this grip is the tackiest grip out there it could be better than Yonex Superwrap but it has this bad feature, it does NOT absorb sweat well, if your palm sweats alot this may be a deal breaker. You can overcome this issue by drying your palms with a towel during changeover,and toweling your grip, this helps alot, or you can use saw dust and wipe the grip and your palms, this works better.
But for me, its Yonex Superwrap all the way, I was a huge fan of tourna, but this absorbs sweat well , but doesn't have tackiness,after a while it crumbles off....x-p
is ti superwarp or supergrab ? coz i bought a reel of the acclaimed yonex supergrab (which was featured in tennis magazine and winner of best grip dunno wat year already) but yah ppl say it's comparable or better than the wilson pro. and yup me too used the black color (as it was the only black at that time to match my Wilson Kpro tour and APD). anyhow i find that it loses the "grippiness" very fast and it tends to tear fast too. anyhow nowadays dunno where to buy already since i bought it from a forum fella who was selling that grip previosly
