QUOTE Step Six Okay this is important : Wait for about ONE DAY before doing the following steps** Login to your Maybank2u again and click on Accounts & Banking, then click on your Account number for your Account Details. Then click on Debit Card History. You should then see an entry with the word “Paypal”. The code is the 4 numbers before the word Paypal. Eh, oops. Kinda did the paypal thing, THEN find out my maybank2u acc is deactivated. So i reactivate it via phone, and I look for the "Debit Card History" dropdown option. It isnt there... So fine, I go to Today's Transactions and it says: xx-xxx-2012 SALE DEBIT RM10.00 And DOESNT say anything about pay pal, any 4 digit code or all such stuff... Advice? Thanks! |

QUOTE(imcutedog @ Mar 20 2012, 08:35 PM) can i know if i add bank account to paypal ,can use to online buy thing ? what difference with add credit card I add RHB to my PayPal account, whenever I need to buy something, I'll need to Top-Up my account first. With credit card, you do not have to add money first, you can straight away pay and PayPal will deduct money from your card. |

It should be the exchange rate stated by Maybank.

guy....i just first time start to use paypal. when i press pay to buy thing,it give a message say :
PayPal is constantly working to protect our members against fraud. We review every transaction before it is approved, and we may block a payment when we detect a potential risk. Our reviews take into account every aspect of a transaction, including looking at both parties. These decisions help us maintain the integrity of our payments network in the same way as other payment processors: by declining transactions with an unacceptable level of risk. While our fraud measures occasionally block a legitimate payment, to maintain overall security, we cannot overturn any decisions about an individual transaction. If you decide to continue this transaction using a different funding source, please note that the associated risk levels have not been decreased. need someone to tell me what the problem...... |
