Glad I got my bunker prep. I can stay indoors for months. I got lots of food, water, masks, gloves,
my own little hypo garden, power generator and ammo. Also, my computers and Internet line I
can continue trading and gaming on my console.

HD 2nd qtr is nothing lah. Across the home building stores in US, everywhere is down. Just because HD
last qtr earnings are better doesn't mean sentiments are better.

No big deal.. it will come down soon. Trend is lower. One day close up means nothing lah.
Those who bought higher will continue to be disappointed even more.

Aiya.. like they say both bulls and bears actually also make money. Both sides are also happy.

I also like energy stocks which made me a lot of money last 6 months but in the next 4-6 months, I'm bearish.
Energy stocks went too high and already peak. Oil price will come down lower, that means lower revenue for the OnG services area. I'll buy them at lower price.

Yes! Definitely a lot of good news!

a) Us Home Construction Fell 1 percent missed projection
b) Oil rises slightly above $67 after being pummelled yesterday, oil bulls want to give more back
despite bad fundalmentals, they want to overflow the market with oil. Expect to fall soon.
c) CIT group loss over 1.68 billion in 2Q - actual results.
d) HD, Target, beats lower target but missed high target big time. Year-to-Year lower target. Outlook is very very dark.
e) Unemployment continues to rise..definitely expected to reach double digits very soon.
f) Consumer sentiments in this back-to-school month continues to be diminishing, shoppers are very frugal and selective in buying.
g) Analyst predicts cash-for-clunkers will shock auto makers with surprise downside orders end of this year.
h) Uncle Sam continues to print money. The more debt they have, the happier they are.

Actually during the euphoria gap filling, I do want to encourage the bulls to continue to BUY BUY BUY..
so that the market go higher in preparation for a bigger drop!!

From Aug 1st is nothing lah.. right now CIT is day traders game. No long term investors really want to touch this stock.
Anyone who buys this is purely for day trading or short term playing only. It is very volatile.

Same can be said for FNM and FRE. Since Aug 1st they double..
All "less bad".

Heck, I might as well throw one or two grand in there and let it ride up since US govt not going
to let these two spoiled brats fail.

Whoa! What happened? Ok, ok.. the bulls got back some today. No big deal.

Yesterday we saw the demise.. no buyers but tonight.. it was interesting indeed.
Buyers came back in scooping up tech, some financials and commodity.
Oil crept back up to $69.

The most interesting thing is Tech. AAPL (Apple) got a major upgrade.
Price target raise to $250 within a year.
Disclosure: I have some..and long since $90. Yours truly has never shorted tech.

Oh well.. bears still got half. Let see what the rest of the week will bring.

Yes.. that is indeed true! People thought the recession is over.. they are definitely wrong!
They haven't seen the worse yet. The next dip will be even worse. Don't expect recovery anytime soon.

Just as they thought they're safe, the market will pull the rug under them and make them look like idiots.
