QUOTE(bangkai @ Aug 11 2009, 08:53 PM) try perform a format and reinstallation of your windows by using the disc provided by dell.basically you might be able to fix it by re-installing or removing the CCC. BTTray should be the Bluetooth apps.. anyone can confirm this? |

QUOTE(WhiteFlag @ Sep 1 2009, 05:27 PM) what is the purpose u asking for 900p and 1080p?for movie? definitely 1080p give u sharper video compare to 720p, but is hard to notice imagine u put ur laptop on a table and u sit on a char or ur bed. better still output the video via HDMI to LCD TV then u can have 1080p as well. if u looking for a balanced screen, 900p will be the best cause the font size is easier to read and video quality is sharper than 720p.. but also bear in mind if u r in gaming then please stick with 720p... not much game support in 900p. yes gaming are support in 1080p but our GPU is not as good as you expect to handle 1080p gaming graphics. |

QUOTE(mvck1030 @ Aug 31 2009, 08:36 PM) not rm160 la bro, oni rm64... 9 cell batt is very bulky... if u r OK with that.. go ahead..than p8700 is very fast compare to t6500? is it worth to get 9cell batter also? sorry for asking nude question, lack of info in laptop i'm using 9 cell.. and it's heavy and bulky... everytime i take out my friends was like "wow is HUGE" actually not so huge.. but overall makes it looks like a huge lappy... the best part is with fully charge 9 cell can last for 4 hours+ even gaming also can last for 3 hours.. i can watch many episode of TVB drama in batt mode plugging to my LCD... (enough for me to feel dizzy watching dramas) |

QUOTE(rayz1031 @ Sep 3 2009, 05:02 PM) You can get the s15 with P8700 processor by ordering online. Just add rm247 for it. I doubt you can get it at Mid Valley as most of the machine there is a pre-builds so you don't really get to choose what you want. holy cow~ rayzzahh u got 1k post.. If you purchase from Dell retailer, it is based on Cash and Carry. So you can get the machine on the spot. I not sure about freebies. I seldom heard any people getting freebies from Dell retailer as most of the freebies were given by Dell sales representative through phone or online order. My conclusion here is that, if you urgent for a laptop, then just go to Dell retailer. If you wanted to customize and hoping for freebies, order directly from Dell through phone. p/s: my 1k post QUOTE(jasperng @ Sep 3 2009, 11:50 PM) no problem.. go ahead.. |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Nov 1 2009, 10:53 PM) Swt... Failed to make a new partition for my laptop. Cannot shrink volume on Drive C. I only can shrink 8GB from C:. Now i found another place to shrink volume--- the recovery partition. Can i shrink volume from that?? Possible to do that? Need to squeeze 16GB for 7... yes you can... recovery partition is up to you to decide..if u have other source to back up your file.. why not? |

QUOTE(ruffaz @ Nov 2 2009, 04:17 PM) depends on what warranty you took...if u didn't upgrade to the complete cover.. then i believe the warranty only cover the hardware failure cause by itself but not accident drop till LCD crack.. complete cover warranty insure accident as well... e.g. dropping to toilet bowl.. floor.. splash by water.. bla bla bla.. |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Nov 3 2009, 03:48 AM) ... need to clarify something. I don't meant to delete the partition but shrinking its volume. The recovery partition is 15GB while there's about 7GB of free space in it. I just want to know whether i can shrink it and make the partition 0% empty space (100% occupied by the recovery image). The image file will never increase in size right? Correct me if i'm wrong. recovery partition size will not increase by dell's default setting... unless you configure the windows backup target storage point to recovery partition.you can actually format the partition and then shrink it. |

QUOTE(rayz1031 @ Mar 29 2010, 08:18 PM) Hi mate bro.. sorry for late reply.. Which version of driver? 10.3? Hey, I'm currently using S1537 but I never change my battery before. Have you consider changing the battery INSIDE the laptop battery instead of directly buying a new one? I saw some seller offer that service in garage sales, you maybe can go there and survey it. i got it for RM80+ only.. backlit.. original one... from china.. hehe.. so those who want to upgrade, can go aliexpress to check it out... i got it already.. now wanna change it.. hehe |
