it not the chainlink black... i think it call jet sumthing... with wave/smoke like design... it similar to graphite grey but it obsidian black...

guys, im dell1555 user, having a problem here:

i duno y i cant change my resolution to the range about 1366 x768
my screen spec upgraded to 1920 x 1080 while purchase

even i tried to install latest driver from ATI, it's still the same
the option of resolution given as following
800 x 600
1024 x 600
1024 x 768
1152 x 864
1280 x 720
1280 x 768
1280 x 800
1280 x 1024
1400 x 1050
1920 x 1080

Studio 15 or XPS16?

Will be working on Video editing softwares. I heard that XPS16 will get hot easily when it's running on heavy system.
From the online reviews I read, Studio 15 have better heat distribution than XPS16(as in not so hot compared to XPS16)?

just now i tried to customize one Studio 15 laptop.. when I came to the display customization section.. I saw 2 identical entries for 15.6" 1080P WLED display.. both priced differently as well are they the same ?

My dell 1555 bought almost 1 year back, used as usual for majority photoshop & maya works.

2 days ago, the laptop bricked on me when I was working on photoshop. Now I can't switch it on at all, power cable has blue rim light on but when plugged into the power inlet, the blue rim lights goes off. Weird

Really interested in getting a Studio, but not sure if I should get a S14, S15 or an SXPS16. Can anybody help me make up my mind? Non-spec wise, as all three can also be configured.

Are there any pros and cons of each laptop? Please do contribute your thoughts too.
